Some may think that I have “retired” from my last employment, but in fact, I have done anything but. Over the course of six months, I needed to find a daily routine that I could stick to, now that I am now working from home, that would still give me a full day’s worth of work. Some responsibilities became something in incorporated into my day, like the laundry and running to the grocery store. And although that takes time away from work, I realize that I am less stressed than I was before. Maybe it is because I run the show. I am the boss. Do not get me wrong, I work hard and this company is on the verge of developing into something that no longer lives in my imagination, but into something that people see.
But the truth is that I needed to “study” and “experiment” with a few things first to find out what worked and what didn’t and throughout this process, I have been learning. And taking notes. Lots of notes. But the message of Constant Change has never wavered…it has just expanded. How do I spend my days? I read. I write. I read. I write. On occasion, I meet someone for lunch or attend a meeting. I know it sounds pretty boring to some of you, but this is exactly where I am supposed to be.
So what’s on the horizon for Constant Change?
Without giving too much away, here is a few little pieces of what is coming in the next few months:
A logo created just for Constant Change (already been through one round)
A revamping of the website (a complete overhaul)
Two new programs (first class to begin January 2015)
A second book (what should I write about this time?)
An exclusive opportunity only for email subscribers (yes, you can still join – see below!)
Well, I had better stop there. I don’t want to give away the farm. (I hear that is a phrase that might be applicable here.)
Even though I do share a lot on the other social media websites, some things will only be shared with those that are members of the “tribe.” Wondering what the fuss is about? Give it a try…you can join for free here. No third-party spam. Pinky promise.
I will keep you posted as progress unfolds and the pieces come together completely. Can you tell I am just a bit excited? =)
Wishing you all my best. Keep smiling. Keep believing.
